    Dancing marathon 10:00 – 18:00 (Jurmala, Jomas 35, park of cultural centre «Mayori»)


    • The only dancers and groups take part in the concert, which fill up electronic form in time on the WEB www.caravan.lv, not later than 07.07.2012. Application forms are accepted only till the 7th of July!!!
    • The participants will get the answer with the information on data and time of performance  by e-mail, that is mentioned in the form, in the 10th-11th of July.
    • All amateurs and children dance groups are invited to participate in the concert.
    • If the group wishes to appear with several dances in the concert, for every dance it is needed to fill the form separately, i.e. for several dances it is required to send several filled forms.
    • Endurance of the dance must not exceed 5 minutes.
    • Participants ante for participation in the concert in amount of 3 Ls for every dance from every dancer.
    • Participation fee of solo - 5.00 Ls.
    • Payment takes place by registration to the concert, in the day of the concert.
    • Registration and music forwarding ( audio format CD) are used to take place not later than 1 hour till dancing block, in which your dance will take place (for example, if your dance is planned to be in the block from 12:00 till 13:00, you have to forward your music till 11.00). The time of your performances will be pointed previously in the application forms by e-mail. The registration and information table will be located by the stage, nearby the audio operator desk.
    • The large hall of Cultural centre “Majory” is used as make-up room.( Jomas street 35, Jurmala, 2nd floor)

     

     

     

    Professionals’ show  18:00-23:00 (Jurmala, Jomas str. 35, park of Cultural centre “Mayori”)

    • The only professional dance groups and solo dancers are invited to participate in the concert!!!
    • If the group wishes to appear with several dances in the concert, for every dance it is needed to fill the form separately, i.e. for several dances it is required to send several filled forms.
    • Endurance of the dance must not exceed 8 minutes.
    • Participants ante for participation in the concert in amount of 4 Ls for every dance from every dancer.
    • Participation fee of solo - 6.00 Ls
    • Payment takes place by registration to the concert.
    • Registration and music forwarding ( audio format CD) are used to take place not later than 1 hour till dancing block, in which your dance will take place (for example, if your dance is planned to be in the block from 18:00 till 19:00, you have to forward your music till 17.00). The time of your performances will be pointed previously in the application forms by e-mail. The registration and information table will be located beyond the stage.
    • The large hall of Cultural centre “Majory” is used as make-up room.( Jomas street 35, Jurmala, 2nd floor)
