Exotic dance theatre «Karinedance»
Bright and unusual performances of the exotic dance theatre Каrinedance» know and like not only in Baltic, but also far away from here. Show group «Karinedance» performs on the best grounds of Latvia, such as Latvian National Opera, «Dailes» theatre, concert hall «Dzintari», Large and Small Guildhall! Theatre as well actively performs in road shows, takes part as in cultural, as well in commercial show projects, and cooperates with best night clubs in Latvia!
Sphere of activity of the theatre is very broad – this is not only organization of ferial and theatric programs, but also dance school for children and adults, fests scripts development and realization, creation of the decoration and stage design services, animation for events and parties!
Exotic dance theatre «Каrinedance» is always opened for new ideas, brave projects and interesting people! Educational program of the theatre – it is a wonderful opportunity to open different boarders of your artistic nature, sensitiveness and sexuality using dance. This is as well an opportunity for Professional self realization!
A lot of Каrinedance» show group`s participants give lectures, perform and as well try to build their own career!
Immutable artistic chief and leader of a group is famous dancer and talented choreographer Karine. Karine is considered to be one of the extraordinary performers of the exotic dance in Latvia. She is finished Latvian Academy of Art (monumental art faculty), she actively works in the area of drawing! Karine paintings are presented in many galleries all over the Europe! She considers herself as painter on the scene, not only as a dancer. Her dance differs with her individual temper, original play, own presentation style. Each show – this is small theater on the scene.
Show group «Каrinedance», they as well are working group of „Caravan” festival – this is tandem of completely different, self propesnsive, efficient, aimed and very talented people, who lives are tied with dance, scene, and art!
The main show group`s staff consists of Alina Surikova (author for a lot of classical oriental theatre performances, rewarded in many competitions, soloist and choreographer of the theatre), Julia Matviiva, Santa Ziepa, Olga Babyrga, Iriy Valante, Ieva Iesmina and others.
In summer, 2004, due to the efforts of the show group, first International oriental dance festival in Latvia took place. This year we already are preparing for the VII International Oriental dance festival „Carnival”!
